Biography:
Jacqueline F. Pivawer has more than 16 years of legal experience. Prior to joining Helfand & Associates in 1999, Ms. Pivawer served as an Assistant Municipal Prosecutor for the City of Newark, and Assistant Corporation Counsel, Litigation Division for the City of Newark. She also worked for a plaintiff’s personal injury and worker’s compensation firm, Friedman & Friedman for three years. Before beginning her legal career, Jacqueline was a Housing Manager for the New York City Housing Authority.
Jacqueline Pivawer is a member of MENSA. She also speaks Spanish, which allows her to provide the highest level of communication for clients who find themselves in an unfamiliar situation that require their complete understanding.
